Easter Dinner-To-Go Coq au Vin + Braised Lamb Shanks is both the classic French dish featuring 12 fresh chicken breasts, thighs and legs (from two whole chickens) braised in a traditional rich red wine sauce with bacon, mushrooms and pearl onions, and 6 tender, fall-off-the-bone lamb shanks (4-5 lbs) braised in a rich natural broth with peas and carrots. Total portion sizes serve from 10-12.
Please note that while your Coq au Vin and lamb shanks will be served hot and fresh, additional options will require a reheat process. Instructions are included upon pickup.

Pickup time is from 10:30am-1:30pm on Easter Sunday April 12th, 2020 at 30A Burger, located next door to Cuvee 30A.
