Cuvee 30A Thanksgiving Day Wait List Request Form

2017 Thanksgiving Day Reservations are now full. This form can only be used to be placed on the Thanksgiving Day Wait List for the Outside Deck in the order in which it is received. Weather permitting, Wait List requests will be confirmed no later than Monday November 20th. Please note that requests submitted through this form must be confirmed with a return email or phone call from Cuvee 30A. A valid Credit Card may be required for large parties.

Cuvee 30A Reservation Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 5-9 guests:
You must call Cuvee 30A 4 hours prior to your reservation time to cancel your reservation or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 per guest which will go on the credit card being held in the secure vault.

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 5 or more guests made during dining hours of 5-10 pm:
If you do not show up this evening for your reservation or your party size decreases substantially you will be charged $25 per guest.

Cancellation Policy for Parties of 9 guests and more:
You must call Cuvee 30A by noon the day of your reservation to cancel your reservation or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per guest which will go on the credit card being held in the secure vault.

Cancellation Policy for HOLIDAY reservations for Parties of 5 or more:
You must call Cuvee 30A 24 hours in advance of your holiday reservation to cancel or decrease the size of your party to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
