Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
RETURNS
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required to begin and complete any return. Please email cuvee.support@cuvee30a.com to begin any return process.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Some items can not be returned, such as Gift Cards. Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or differs from its original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
EXCHANGES
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. and the approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or in some cases as a credit on your Cuvee30A.com account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, it is advisable to first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cuvee.support@cuvee30a.com.
SALES AND DISCOUNTS
Only regular priced items will be refunded, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.
IN STORE RETAIL AND FOOD PURCHASES
Any purchase made in store including retail and food may be discussed by calling the venue at 850-909-0111.
