DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Cuvee 30A Shop.  This Shipping Policy sets forth the Cuvee 30A LLC (“Cuvee 30A”) shipping terms and conditions.  Cuvee 30A reserves the right to modify this policy in the future, so please check this page regularly.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Cuvee 30A ships to addresses in the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rates.  All products are preassigned Flat Rate Box sizes and their commensurate USPS Flat Rate shipping costs.  Some fragile items require special care and may incur a handling cost.  Current USPS rates are below:

  • USPS Small Flat Rate – $7.90
  • USPS Medium Flat Rate – $14.35
  • USPS Large Flat Rate – $19.95

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

After your order has processed, it will be updated with a USPS tracking number in your Cuvee30A.com account or Paypal account.  USPS delivery estimates are based on your shipping address.  Generally most locations in the continental United States receive deliveries within 2-5 business days.  Transit or delivery delays can occasionally occur for reasons outside the control of Cuvee 30A.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Cuvee 30A is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES & LOSSES

Cuvee 30A is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
